I don't really keep up with my journal here anymore so I wanted to post this here because I'm so excited! I FINALLY did one set of 80lbs. for 5 reps. I was STOAKED! Thanks for all the encouragement people have given me because I was stuck for the longest time. All my other lifts are great but I am lacking in this one so it feels good. Woohoo!!!!! :D

Hey I am in the same exact place (80lbs for 5 reps and everything). When I did it the first time, I walked around the gym with a sh*t-eating grin for the rest of my workout. Takes forever to improve on bench, but it rocks you do.
