I was doing eccentric chin ups today taking 5 seconds to lower. I noticed I was holding my breath. I know during the concentric you exhale and eccentric you usually inhale. I really wanted to exhale. Since I was doing the eccentric only should I just exhale and do what feels comfortable? By the way, holding my breath made me kind of dizzy.

Do what feels comfortable, I dont think it would really matter either way.

Glad to see someone say that because I can't concentrate on my form if I'm worried about how I'm breathing.
