woke up at 7am and had two huge mugs of coffee w/ 2 Redline capsules while waiting for kidlet to wake up.

me after coffee and Redline -----> :woohoo:

meal 1 (10am)
2 waffles made from Krusteaz mix
w/ strawberries I put sugar on and left in fridge overnight
Cool Whip

meal 2
mini corn dogs
tortilla chips w/ salsa
small bowl (yeah right) Chocolate Brownie Thunder ice cream

meal 3
16oz skim milk
1.5 cps CC
2 scoops PP
1 medium banana
1/2 cup of left over strawberries
ice
blended

meal 4
12 oz of eye of round
salad w/ Creamy Ceasar dressing

X2 - would like to know before critiquing. and current stats.
Do you weight train? between which meals?

also should mention- you are waiting far too long between the time you wake up and eat.

That is A LOT- excess- caffiene first thing- the redline has caffiene in it, no need for the 2 huge mugs of coffee as well unless it was decaf, which I am assuming not.

:lol3: :lol3: You must NOT have rugrats!? Once you do(assuming that you will of course, although I could tell you a thing or two but that is an entirely different matter)you will find, there is NEVER enough coffee in the universe!!:lol:

The bowl may have been small but I'm sure the amount of ice cream in it was not.

Mark can fit 1/2 the container of ice cream in one bowl. I swear. :sad:

You're missing fruit in your diet. I'd suggest some fruit flavored jelly bellies. Just make sure you only eat the fruit flavored ones because the rest aren't clean.

Is this your high day? Because if you are high, you need more tortilla chips than that. Also you need to add velveeta cheese to your salsa. You didn't mention beer. Make sure you drink plenty for the cotton mouth.
