Strawberries & Cream Cake

My aunt made this for my hubby's B-day and it was soooo good! This would be a good semi-cheat meal.



Strawberries & Cream Dessert Cake

Ingredients
1 Angel Food cake; cut into 1/2" slices
2 cups fresh Strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup sugar free Strawberry Preserves
1 small box Fat Free INSTANT Vanilla Pudding
8oz Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
1/4 cup Skim Milk
12 oz Fat Free Whipped topping

Instructions
Mix together preserves & strawberries, set aside
Mix pudding with milk & yogurt; then fold in 2 cups of whip cream

Line medium sized mixing bowl (or PChef Lg CHILLZANNE bowl) with plastic (Handi)wrap
Place 5 slices angel food cake on top of plastic wrap in bottom of bowl
Put 1/2 of the strawberry mixture on top and pat down
Put 1/2 of pudding mixture on top of that and pat down
Repeat with 7 slices of Angel Food cake
Next remaining Strawberry mixture
Now remaining Pudding mixture
Top with 8 slices of Angel Food cake

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours

At Serving Time, invert cake onto serving platter
Frost with remaining whip cream
Decorate with strawberries as desired
