to "regain" the newbie effect after a short-term hiatus from lifting?
For example, if for reasons due to injury or illness you were to stop lifting for a couple months, but remain somewhat active, would you once again benefit from the newbie effect of muslce mass gain and fat loss at the same time?
I'm assuming that it depends on how long you had been lifting effectively in the first place, but will only a few months hiatus affect your training results once you resumed?
