Are the Starkist Flavor Fresh Pouch Tuna clean?? I just had the sweet & spicy and it is sooooo goood!!!

It does have a little sugar (3 grams) in it..Here's the ingredients: light tuna, water, onion, sugar, chili pepper, salt, garlic, vegetable broth....

but kathryn, if it keeps you on your diet right now and if it's easy for you over the weekend when doing your army PT, I wouldn't freak about it.

you already admit that you are neurotic about food in a negative way, so is it really a good thing to be worrying about the little bit of sugar in that tuna right now?

I allow myself one of these a week. Usually Wednesdays.

Of course tuna is delicious...mmm....

Kathryn, you may've answered this in the other thread (I only skimmed it, so I'm not sure), but are you seeking counseling or something to that effect?

Those are the yummiest! But just too $$$$ I'm eating tuna up to 7 days/week. that's 10-15 bucks on tuna. I'll stick to the cans and flavor them up myself.
