(RANT ON):angry: Well i went to work legs today all excited and stuff because i decided today i was going to go heavy. I started by working up from 135 at 20lb increments. Well i was at 245 still warming up and going at a good pace when on my last rep my right quad let go.:suicide: I thought the muscle was tearing jen said it was just spasming, i said it hurt like hell and i couldn't walk or put weight on it. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr So i had to finish by doing hams and calves
To top it off yesterday i was doing chest and my left shoulder had something feel like it popped but it didn't really hurt. So i had to go light yesterday. Hope nothing else decides to let go (knock on wood)
I guess i'm just going too heavy too soon :( which is frustrating because the muscle strength is soooo there but it feels like my tendons are really sore and are not up to the task, so i guess im going to take it easy for a while. Which pisses me off because i only have two speeds.... Full speed, and off :cool:

I even took pictures this morning hoping to start a journal, but oh well, guess i gotta wait till im not a gimp :mecry:
