For those who do not count veggies - any idea of how many calories worth of veggies you actually eat. I think I am like 200. :(

I don't count veggies, so I don't know the calories.
I would venture to guess that there are day I hit about 200 cals. Some times I crave salad all day long.
Most days though I think I might not eat enough veggies, not good.
I feel better on the days I eat a truckload of them.
need to work on that.

Probably somewhere in the 150-200 calorie range, depending on what type of veggie I'm eating. Some days it can go lower if I'm only eating salads or asparagus.

Id say about 400-500 cals or more a day. I LOVE veggies. :love: :oops: IF i eat frozen, i can eat the whole bag. That is about 120 more cals.. And i eat a few bags a day OR fresh, in the same equililent at ea of my meals on low carb days.
Not on Eriks plan yet, and currently dont know how much is too much.

I used to be like you too, a vegaholic. I had to rein that in because it was hindering my eating of other things.

Some do and some don't.
I like to keep track of everything.
