I am trying to figure out what is the best way to lose weight.

I am 65.5 in, and 139. BF% ?

I would like help knowing at what calorie level I should start at and macros.

Just an idea where to start would be helpful.

This has been posted many times but ....

Set calories at a deficit. Try starting at 12xTBW and adjust from there based on results, or lack thereof.
Set protein at 1-1.25g TBW or LBM
Get 6g fish oils/day
The rest (carbs/fats) is variable and something you have to play with yourself.
