After you do weights, the muscle swells a bit, right?
How long on an everage does it take for the muscle to unswell (I know that's not a word, but wasn't sure how else to call it. lol )

I haven't paid close attention to how long the 'pump' sticks around, and I'm definitely not the authority on this, but I think it may be different for everyone. I know when I get a good 'pump' in the gym, it usually lasts an hour or so. It's a matter of when the blood that rushes to your muscles during a workout leaves the muscles, I believe.

Erik?......Insight?........

I think the correct term is "swoll."

Dude, I just came from the gym and I'm all swoll. Take a picture of me wearing my EP tank top.
