Starting next week I'm going begin increasing my calories in an attempt to add some muscle. Do I need to increase my protien? I currently eat about
1g/1lb of tbw. Should my increase come primarily from carbs with a small increase in fat?

Can we see a breakdown of what your totals look like please? I haven't been tracking calories this summer. I've been just eating my 6 meals a day with lean protien, veggies, and some of my meals had carbs and some had fat. I'm try to plan my meals for next week. I'm going to start out with maintainance and increase from there. My maintaince is right around 1700calories.

Well, considering your protein needs are bieng met, you can up either carbs or fat; your choice. :)

Start with a 10% increase in calories and see how that goes for a short while. If you're not gaining or gaining too slowly increase your caloric intake some more.

Your protein intake is fine.

You'll have to experiment to see if eating more carbs or more fat works better for you.
