Does anyone ever experience pain in their forearms after certain exercises? After some workouts, my forearms start to 'hurt' immediately, and that night, and the next day - I experience 'dead arm' where they feel heavier than anything, and are sort of numb/throbbing.
Is there any sort of stretching I can do for my forearms to prevent this? The rest of my body is great - the stretching works wonders, but somehow I feel as though I'm not targeting this area whatsoever. Perhaps my forearms are just weak?

After what exercises do your forearms feel this way? Could it be your grip is too tight(holding onto the dbs, bb whatever too tight)?

lat pulldowns, underhand - or it could be step ups - as I lift pretty heavy for those, and have more difficulty holding the weight than actually performing the step up.

I often find my forearms give out before my back does on back days and I had to start using straps to fatigue my back before my forearms quit on me. This solved my problem, same with deads.

Honestly from what you have stated, it sounds to me more just a combo of maybe squeezing the DB's too tightly and just general fatigue. How long have you been lifting? How often are you performing these exercises?
Here a couple of links that might help you.

I don't think its fatigue...I've been working out for a long time, but only 'hardcore' the last two months. You may be right about squeezing the db's too tight...or maybe my forearms just aren't upto par with the rest of me!!
Thanks for the links though, I'll check them out.
