Does anyone have any imput on this? My gym is starting to offer them and I was thinking about doing it. A little about me-I'm a runner (currently training for HM in Oct and HM in Jan and full in April) My long-term goal is to qualify for Boston in 2008. I currently do about 30-35MPW with some interval speed work on the stairmaster/stepmill and spin once a week maybe elliptical for XTing. I do no strength training (because I don't like it:oops: ) Would I benefit from this? What is it supposed to do? Thanks for your help everyone.
