It hurts. Bad. When I get up and walk....and when I step up.
Left side. It's like where my ham meets my glute at the very top...but underneath all my fat!

Sounds like you have a small injury. I have experienced that same feeling. Go easy on it and it should be fine. :)

And that people, is why we don't exercise and stay sedentary. Possible injury.

I have done that too. I think I did mine during Hiit when I hopped onto the treaddy at 10 mph. I remeber Lunges were a killer! I had to stop hiit for a while and stretch ALOT!

Thanks everyone.
Today when I did HIIT (yes, I am THAT stubborn) I noticed it hurt most when I stepped on at the beginning of each sprint.
Hopefully by Sat it will feel better.
