I'm swithching things up next week and need assistance w/ it. Feel free to give pointers on what needs to be improved upon.
I am 5'8" and 155lbs. Heres what I've planned out.
Diet (cycling carbs)
Sun=low
Mon=med
Tues=high
Wed=low
Thurs=med
Fri=high
Sat=med

On that high carb day... I would take my fat intakes down around 18 to 20 grams... Also cycle those carb days not only for fat loss but also to meet the needs of your heavy lifting days... Ya gotta fuel the machine in order to the workouts... :train:

How many meals are you intaking and what time do you have your first and last meal at??

My 1st meal is around 7am and my last at about 9-10pm. I eat 6x a day every 3 hours.

In this case, I think you could just drop back on the fat intakes and leave the protein levels and carb levels where they're at...

I'm having problems w/ this suggestion. I take 6g of fish oil daily and even brown rice has fat according to fitday. Add to that chicken breast and pp and I go over 20g. Am I doing something wrong? :blink:
