Prenatal Side Effects?

I started taking prenatals a couple weeks ago nd I am breaking out pimples all over my face!:oops: I can't stand it. It's awful. Is there a link b/w prenatals and acne?:unsure:

Are you pg now, or just preparing? If you're pg, I'd say it's likely just the hormones, not so much the prenatals. If not, I dunno! Not much help, huh.

Not prego yet. Still trying. I thought it was coincidental that all the sudden I am breaking out like a teenager after starting prenatals. With my first pregnancy I broke out like a bastard! Not fun:finger:

can you switch brands? I know a lot of women switch when one brand makes them nauseated.

I know- I wasn't saying that. Sorry if that was confusing. I was saying some women react differently to different brands... so maybe one brand will make you break out and another won't.

Whoamama, did you recently come off birth control? If so, that may be the cause for the breakouts.

No, haven't been on BCP since summer 2005. I'll just try another brand of prenatals
