High rep squats and lunges! I feel so good after I do it, but it takes a lot of mental strength to keep myself going until the last rep!

High rep legs, any high rep strongman stuff.

Anything physically demanding after eating lots of chocolate mini-donuts. :nonono:

RDL or DL for more than 5 reps on a low carb diet.

UD2 style depletion (lots of 15 reps sets.)

I've never actually thrown up while lifting.

OMFG, yes!

on UD2 leg depletion days, I literally felt myself slam into the wall, puke on it, and then slip in my own puke and break my legs with that one.

What is the physiology behind this? I have had times when I have literally thought I was going to vomit. But what exactly is going on that causes that feeling?

Bulgarians.

Is that like the hip thrustin' - glute squeezin' kind? :funny:

Squats followed up by Bulgarians does it at times for me too...

Blood flow to muscle + lots of lactate accumulation.

 As I sit here right now, I just finished up my first heavy (6x4) day (Thunder's program) with full squats. About 45 minutes ago I felt like vomiting! All is good now, though. :D

if i ever have to take a break from legs for a while and come back it will make me feel sick, but after a while leg day is just like every other day. I actually look forward to leg day in a sick twisted sorta way.

Event days (yoke, conans, stones for reps etc). Sled work after Sunday's grueling lower body work.

Along with certain abuses of the legs, shirted board presses did the trick as well. When we tried the Mendy routine (buncha 5x3 2 board work), I thought I was going to puke.

I looove that moment when I've finished my last rep of my last set on the last exercise on leg day.

That right there is the longest time period until I have to do legs again

And I always feel like puking after HIIT :crying:
