this was just a random thought---can you still have an effective or good lifting session without sweating much?

do you mean in comparison to yourself or in comparison to other people?

since of course all people have different amounts that they sweat, I'm going to assume you're talking about self-comparison.

you definitely can get a quality workout in with not a lot of sweat. I sweat waaaay more on my leg days than I do on upper body days, but I still have a good workout.

even if you're going to compare the same workout over a variety of days, humidity, hydration, stimulants, etc. are going to have an effect on how much you sweat.

I barely sweat regardless of what I am doing. :shrug:

I sweat a ton. I break a sweat after I eat or even do housework. Workload and sweat don't seem to be related IMO.
