Onions, anyone?

I see onions on the fibrous veggie list. I toss them in a little olive oil, and cook slowly...caramelized onions...mmm. I could finally get used to eating chicken every day if I can have onions on it! PLEASE tell me these are ok?

btw, they are veggies, of course they're fine. ;)

I bake my onions. Sometimes I just cut one up and wrap in foil. If my meal calls for some olive oil I drizzle it over the top or sometimes I just sprinkle a little garlic salt on them. Vidalia onions are my favorite. :clap:

Thanks all! This is the best news I've heard all day. It certainly takes the sting out of Pandora not sharing her dirteh pics with me.

I made a big batch last night in the grill basket on the bbq, and smothered my turkey burger with them, then loaded more on my egg-white omelette this morning. I might be stinky and lonely, but at least I have a smile on my face.
