So I leave for my cruise on Wednesday (YAY) and I PLAN on going to the gym on most days...the website for the cruise showed that the gym has no barbells, squat cages or anything "good" like that. Any suggestions for a full body workout to be done with only dumbbells and circuit machines? Thanks!

Barbells are free weights. Does the gym only have dumbbells?

Well...I don't know what circuit machines are, but you can do almost anything with db's. Just modify your barbell moves to be db moves.
Take the time off and enjoy your cruise.

:ditto:
Unless you are preparing for a show, I say just enjoy your cruise.

The last cruise I went on, the gym was about like that. I did as much as I could with dumbells and the couple decent compound leg machines. I also did a lot of running because, well, I ate enough for three people while on the cruise. I only ended up gaining like two pounds!

I"ve cruised 3 times while on plan.
If your taking time off ENJOY.
If you plan on training you'll be fine. I was able to get a pretty decent workout in .

My friend did this too...she is the only person I know who can cruise and lose 4 lbs while her husband found her 4 plus 3 more in a week.
Of course, she is a bit of an exercise anorexic.Everytime she ate, she ran afterwards.Sad really.

I am definitely not preparing for a competition or anything...but I just love to workout!! I am going to enjoy the cruise for sure, but I think getting in regular workouts will make me feel less guilty about all the yummy food they have available there...you know what I mean? Anyways, thanks guys! I am sure I will manage. :) Have a good next couple of weeks while I am away!
