my weight = 130lbs
so for med day protein is tbw*1.25
med day carbs is tbw*1
1560=12*130
made up the rest with fat

for my low day, i upped the fat a bit to keep me satisfied with so little carbs

i just want to have the numbers together and ensure my calulations are correct for when i decide to implement this plan......and as i being to lose lbs, i need to readjust my numbers accordingly, correct?

Medium Day = 1560 calories
162.5 g protein = 650 calories
130g carbohydrates = 520 calories
43.3g fat = 390 calories

High Day = 2080 calories
162.5g protein = 650 calories
43.3g fat = 390 calories
260g carbohydrates = 1040 calories

Low Day=1300 calories
162.5g protein = 650 calories
50g carbohydrates = 200 calories
50g fat = 450 calories

yes, as you lose you'll need to readjust the numbers, but I would base it more on your progress. If you're still losing at a steady rate, keep your calorie level up.
