Has anyone used this supplement?

Was it worth it or a waste of money?

My thermogenic contains them, but I'm not exactly sure what it does.

I think they might affect thyroid function??

Okay.

It is supposed to increase T3 levels. When T3 levels drop while dieting, the response is a decrease in metabolic rate. Supposedly, guggulsterones help with this.

And it is supposed to reduce LDL cholesterol and help with acne.

Yeah, but does it actually do any of that?

(I have no idea, maybe Thunder or someone can shed some light?)

Ok, I checked. The thermo I have been using lately has them, although doesn't seem to have much of them, and it seems to do well. :shrug: Must. Know. More.

I know zilch about it, but the name made me smile.

It sounds like it does good things though
