Expiry Dates

My ground turkey expired 3 days ago (I put it in the freezer yesterday) and am just wondering if I can still prepare it or should I just throw it out??

I'd toss it, but I am anal-retentive when it comes to meat and it going bad.

If you didnt freeze it before the exp date get rid of it

Did it say it expired or was it a "best sell by " date. If its the latter, i would still use it.

smell it - if it smells ok - eat it. if it doesn't then toss it.

Agreed. If it was a "sell by" date, then you're probably okay.
