How do you do these? I cannot find them anywhere. Are they called something else.

You just grab the bar w/ your palms facing you instead of them facing away from you. ;)
You just reverse your grip. :)

It will be easier then doing it with regular grip. Try to concentrate on still using your arms as "hooks" instead of using your biceps to do the work. :wink:
