That's what I have, sometimes. It's a nice change from rice cakes (and less prone to breaking apart into teeny messy pieces while in my bag... it's hard to eat a rice cake that's half turned into powder)

Just bring them in a plastic container.

I would, but my bag at school is generally over-full so usually I try to bring things I can 'squish' in, LOL. Too much tupperware makes it hard to cram it all in. (Actually, I think I need a bigger bag but have no time to go buy one).

What do you put on an english muffin? do you toast it?

The reason I ask, is the only I way I eat one, is toasted with lots of butter :o

Jelly, jam or applebutter. You can also put cinnamon/splenda on it to make it like cinnamon toast.

I toast it give it a shot of spray butter and add cinnamon and splenda or a touch of apple butter or a shot of becel and some SF syrup

If I am having protein powder mixed with cottage cheese I will spread it on top

I have them with no-sugar-added jam. Pretty tasty. Or peanut butter, but I don't have them that way PWO.
