Angel Food Cake

A friend of mine made this over the weekend, and it was so delicious. I made sure to get the "recipe" which is really just two things.

So simple:

1 box of Angel Food Cake mix
1 can of Dole (any will do) crushed pineapple.

Dump the pineapple and mix into a bowl, stir and bake as directed. So delicious.

Hey Miz, well, I only know the value if you have baked them in muffin cups. In this case they are 2 points per serving (1 piece). They really are so good, better than cupcakes/muffins.
