Anyone here do the FB routine 3x/week (M,W,F) & carb cycle? If so, how do you plan your high, med & low days? I'm not sure how to do this....

Not personally, but assuming three training days, you could have two high days on two of the training days, one medium day on the other training day, another medium day on an off/HIIT day and the rest of the week be low days.

Should the medium carb/training day be a metabolic day? I'm guessing it should NOT be a heavy one.

Metabolic day?

"Full Body Fat Loss" terminonology does not extend to every full body program.

he he, okay- I meant a day with higher reps (such as 15) as opposed to lower (such as 6). You got me!

Okay, then I don't know the answer to this.

How do you decide which training day will be medium v. high carb?

K, so my routine is set up like this:

MON - FB (5x6)

TUES - SS cardio

WED - FB (2x15) & interval cardio

THURS - HIIT

FRI - FB (3x10)

SAT - OFF/'active' rest day - ie. walking the dog etc.

SUN - OFF

So, I'm thinking to set up carb cycling as follows:
MON - HIGH
TUES - LOW
WED - HIGH
THURS - MED
FRI - MED
SAT - LOW
SUN - LOW

????? Not sure if I exactly like this set up, but I'm not sure how to do it differently?
