I have improved my speed on my bike! The thing I have added to my routine is lifting. . . I rode a time trial yesterday and placed forth. Not bad for a 38 year old who used to weigh over 325 pounds. :clap: :clap: :clap:

Thanks!!!! I think my legs are looking VERY VERY strong. In fact, they look better than ever. I hope to figure out how to post pics, so I can stick a pic of myself, especially my legs, heh. I really think that Thunder is partly responsible, as I have been using his "beginner" routine. The squats, lunges, and deadlifts have been fabulous!!

The course was 15 miles long. I have a Bianchi, red, (steel is real, lol). I have pics but am retarded and cannot figure out how to post them. I wish I could. I am going to reallllly try and not be ignorant so I can put some up for your viewing pleasure. If I run into difficultities I will PM with questions. . . :innocent:
