Anyone else get this message when trying to get to this site?

I continue to get this message when I try to get onto this website? I got it last week and again today. I have to try several times before I can get on. Does anyone else get this same message or is it just me?

Hasnt happened at all today/this weekend, but it had happened a few times during the early part of the week.
