I've upped to maintence calories, to do this I've had to add in more carbs, could this be a reason why I'm feeling a little more bloated and my lower tummy is harder and out more.
The carbs I've added, basically more oatmeal, brown rice and yams. along with my veggies and 1 or 2 fruits a day.
