Please critique this, I thought I picked good food choices but my macros seeeeeeem way to much.

M1 9am four egg whites scrambled 1 tbsp of salsa 1 ww toast w/ 2 tsp peanut butter

m2 1230 body for life bar double chocolate ( i was going to have cottage cheese but i went to eat it, and it was bad)

m3 250 1/3 cup oats 1/3 cup of milk 1 tsp splenda dash of cinnamon preworkout meal

m4 430 designer whey w/ 100 ml 1% milk, and 1 container of yogurt postworkout meal

m5 1 tsp canola oil, 1 tbsp sweet onion vinagrette, 6 oz chicken, 1 small mashed sweet potato w/ 1 tsp of milk, dash of salt, 2 tbsp of sour cream, 1/3 of broccoli. I'm thinking of cutting the vinagrette out and just spicing it. canola oil was used for cooking

m6 745 1/2 cup cc w/ 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter and 1 scoop of chocolate designer whey protein powder

total cals: 2286 <-- seems like waaaaaaaaay to much to me!
fat: 70 grams
carbs: 190
protein: 219

How much do you weigh?

Also, I don't see any protein in meal 3.

I'm not planning on eating extremly clean as well. I'm trying to follow the body-for-life program. Anyways, I'm trying again today. Will see about my macros and all that today. Hopefully, the fat intake is lower.

Oh, to lean down.
Do I have to have protein and carbs in every single meal? I'm wondering about pre-work out meals becuase I thought oatmeal was just fine.

No, but I would recommend protein with every meal.

Okay, I edited some of my meal plan for this week and I had protein in every meal, but not carbs in every meal.
