Hemp protein seems to be a new fad.

Do a search in Google for "Holy Hemp"

Also, the good old: egg protein, though I'm not sure whether it's palatable on its' own as a powder.
As fluid: freely available as egg whites or just plain ole' eggs.

I use this one:

Pretty pricey, but well worth the money if you have food allergies/sensitivities. I like the chocolate. The vanilla is ok. You can also put in a little sweetener if you wish. My only complaint is it's a little "gritty". Otherwise, nice protein. Give it a try.

It doesn't mention soy in that list but I can't imagine that he'd put soy in it.

I tried a pea protein powder once that tasted pretty good. It was fairly cheap too from what I recall. I don't know much about amino acid profiles or the like but I heard it was better than the rice or soy powders.
