What's the difference between a Romanian Deadlift and a Conventional Deadlift?

I found one, but I still don't get it. Is CDL kind of like a squat but you hold the bar in the front of you?

Yes. And an RDL is like a GM, but with the bar in front of you.

When doing a CDL you start the pull from the floor. When doing an RDL you start the pull from the top position.

If you keep that in mind when you watch the vids you'll see what I mean.
