for the squat rack !!! :p
I started out using the smith machine, but you guys taught me better, I moved on to doing squats with Dumbbells, but that was a little awkaward and hard on the hands.
So today for the first time I used the squat rack, went down as far as I could go and was so pleased with myself. I even did more weight then I thought, total of 95lbs. (that's with the bar, do I count that in my weight?)
Just had to tell people who would care.

Congrats!! 90 lbs is excellent for your first time full squatting. And yes, you count the weight of the bar. Nice job!!

I've been doing them almost a year and you did heavier then me on your first time.
I totally suck. :dry:
