What other types of lifts would help besides squats, lunges, etc? Does anyone do side lunges at all?

Mini band side steps
Resistance band around the ankles and do side steps, maintaining band tension.

ahh, thanks! are there any actual lifts that I may be missing from my workout that will help? I'm currently doing full squats, SLD's, lunges, leg ext., leg curls...

Lots of unilateral leg work
I don't personally see much point in leg extensions. That volume is much better spent on more effective exercises.

Any other quad lift that would help?..might have to go back to front squats..I've kinda gotten away from them lately since I didn't feel comfortable with them..

I did sumo deadlifts for the first time on Monday and I can STILL feel it in my inner thighs. I'm sore there in a way I don't think I ever have been before, it's weird.

Isn't leg press a quad dominant exercise...?
