This may seem very elementary and random- but how would it have an effect on one's physique if one did not have post workout carbs?

Just for the note: I don't plan on ever doing that, I just wondered.

I am assuming she means just protein of some sort. I don't know about y'all but I would not be able to function if I did not have my carbs pwo..especially after a heavy leg day....I'm bushed even with them.

I used to never have carbs PWO. That and high volume training kept me small :sad:
