I can't eat Any grain, including wheat, oat, rye, even corn. I also cannot eat any fruit right now. ( doc said so, been doing this last 2 weeks, and noticed today felt tired muscles, even after day off. . what the heck!) I have been eating almonds for a PWO mini meal. . . Is this enough??? i have to eat on the run after my workouts, so I can't have anything too complicated. I know I should know the answer to this. . . :(

No, very bad choice
Almost are just fat. You don't want fat in a PWO meal; there's no point.

I'm to avoid sugar, hence, no fruit, no starchy things, etc. . . . I have been having some fat free cheese, just to have something to frickin eat. I thought nuts would do in a pinch, I guess I was wrong. . . I haven't been having any protein shakes at all. That is what I used to have. I have been eating fibrous veggies and lean meats, with some nuts, and that is it. Talking about this is making me hungry!!!!!

Why no fruit? Are you being tested for something specific.
