I need some opinions

Hi!

I do Thunder's suggested full body workout 3 times a week. I don't do a lot of cardio. I want to start taking my bootcamp class again once a week. I went to it today by accident-don't ask, and I really enjoyed it. I had not been to that class since January. It works the whole body, but in a different more aerobic sort of way than liftin heavy. I consider it more cardio. Would it be terrible to get back to doing this once a week in addition to Thunder's full body workout? Can I consider this my only form of cardio? Does any of this make sense?
