Protein Icecream or Iceblocks

5 scoops of protein powder
1 cup of cold water
Optional: 3 teaspoons of splenda artifical sweetner.

Blend all ingredients thoughly together and place in a small container and place in freezer until frozen.

Easy peasy :)

I should have noted** that although the recipe is for a shake, by cutting down the liquid down 50%, you get a YUMMY delicous pro ice cream.

**I thought about that all day at school today lol.. DUH that recipe was for a shake, but i make it as an ice cream. Sometimes i cut the milk portion way down and sub with water.
