Any opinions on Berardi's Gourmet nutrition? I was looking at the sample inatic(sp?) posted and noticed that the portions are huge!! I'd probobly have to decrease portions. But other than that, the samples looked good. But that's the samples' job, to look good and hook you into buying. So now that I've rambled on incessantly, any opinions on the book? :p

Yes, you'd just decrease the portions to what you need for yourself. Other than that, the book is full of good recipes, etc.

I have made a few recipes from this and they have been pretty good. My daughter even likes them. (DH, not so much). I would just make the recipe according to the directions, then when it was done, I would divide it up into portion sizes that I know I could eat, then adjusted the macros on the recipe so I knew for future. All the recipes are pretty simple too. I really like the Thai Ground Beef.

I have it and I refer to it a lot. Worth the money...sometimes it is hard to think of new things to make....this helps. :hi:

It's a great book. I have to cut the recipes down. Just more meals from one cooking session
