Just looking for opinions. Do you folks think she's got solid information on her site? It looks like it to me... but what the hell do I know?

I think her site is great. I haven't necessarily used it for training advice, per se, but I think she approaches weight training for women with the right mindset. And she's funny and motivational to boot.

Her site was the beginning of my re-education (or just plain education) about proper fitness and nutrition. Reading it a year ago made a lightbulb go off in my head and I've never looked back (toward the pink dumbbells) since.

I did try some of her workouts in the beginning, but prefer the type T and others recommend here.

I love her site and I love her. She's incredibly inspiring. I've attended her Mistress Sunday get-togethers, she's a tiny little thing but :lifter:

I was sorry to miss her last one - I think they worked with kettlebells.

back in 2000 it was one of the first sites that set me on a proper course. From there I went to mfw where she posted a lot and eventually found my way to other sites. Solid site.

I really like her site and her approach to women and weights. Some good info, and it is definitely refreshing to see someone recommend some REAL weight training for women (and not the pinky DB's we see in just about every magazine out there). Most of her website is centered around heavy weights, basic compound movements... squats, deads...

Her humor is very dry. I like that.
