Just looking for some idea for doing HIIT on a trip without a gym where it is waaayyy to cold to go outside. Burpies and Mountain Climbers kill me - just wondering if they would be a good thing to do for HIIT with running on the spot in the rest breaks.
Thoughts?

Not sure if you can get the intensity up high enough on those, but when you have to improvise, you have to improvise. I think it'll be fine.

It sounds like you like to use BW exercises. If so, you should think of investing in Craig Ballantynes Turbulence Training..he has a good section on this.

Thanks - it's not really that I like to use BW exercises just that I am going to be at the farm the next few days and there is no treadmill and it's REALLY cold and my plan calls for HIIT. Rather than just throw in the towel and skip it I'd like to do at least what I can.
