How do you figure out any nutrition info for a recipe? I've been limiting myself to just meat + whatever is on plan. I'd like to branch out into chili, etc. Help! :o

:o Okay. But how would I do that for chili? For instance, add up the ingredients in Fitday, divide by 8 servings--like that?

Add up everything that's going into it so you have the specs of the entire batch, and then divide by the total servings to get your per serving specs.

when i make stuff i add up all the ingredients and then i divide it up into individual tupperware containers... weigh them so that they are all equal... number of portions depends on how much i make... although number of portions will ususally depend on total calories for entire thing - try to keep them around 300-400 (for main dishes)

Go tohttp://www.nutritiondata.com. You can enter all the ingredients for a recipe and it will figure out the nutritional info per serving.
