I think if I were you, I wouldn't eat anything that wasn't listed on your plan specifically.

I think you should ask the person you're paying, instead of asking us to second-guess what he's doing for you.

I spray mine with butter flavored cooking spray and sprinkle on some splenda.

Walden Farms does make zero calorie/carb spreads sweetened with splenda.

I looked at the Walden Farms products online. Are they any good. Which ones do you recommend and which do you don't.

I used to use the WF products all the time when I did Atkins, and I do use them ocassionally now. I admit they do have a funny taste and take a little to get used to. The salad dressings arent really good IMO. The italian is ok, but the rest are  I do like the caramel dip and marshmellow dip ALOT. I mix them in my yogurt or cottage cheese when I have a sweet craving. The apple butter is also  I think

so Erik email me back and said i couldnt put any spread on it, only 1 tbsp of sugar-free jelly that has 2 gr. of carbs. the only kind i have is sugar-free but has 6 grams of carbs. so he suggested cinnamon raisin or blueberry bagels so tomorrow im going to the store so i can have that on monday! im gonna get both kinds. i should also get butter flavoured cooking spray!

My rule is, if Erik didn't okay it up front, didn't list it on my plan, I don't eat it. If I do, then I'm cheating. and I'm really hungry right now with no food left in my day and I'm ready to gnaw my arm off, but tough. I'll fall asleep and then once I wake up, I can eat again.

That's the one I used to eat, but we don't have it in Frenchyville anymore.

Hi, I'm new but had to comment on it. I'm so happy you guys mentioned Ezekial Bread, I think it's one of the healthiest breads you can eat. Didn't know it came in different flavors so I'll have to look for it. I used the flour to make muffins with it and it's so filling.

Anyway, keep up the good info exchange.
