After about 4 months of not being able to deadlift I did them tonight and didn't lose any weight on them. They're still at 455. That got me to thinking about some strength goals for the new year. I'm aiming for 5-5-4. Its a little lofty but I think I can get it, at least the deads. Right now I'm at 455, 405, 320. Is my goal at least reasonable?
