Should sodium intake be watched? My wife made some tuna patty with cottage cheese and egg whites, which was awesome, but the sodium levels in cottage cheese and in the tuna were through the roof. Whats your opinion?

generally, unless health conditions (ie high blood pressure or advised by doctor to limit), then no. water intake should be adequat as well.

I don't think you should worry about it. I salt everything...on purpose. :flex:

Me too! I salt EVERYTHING

Thank goodness, I love salt. My wife complains because I add salt before even tasting the food. I always tell her that I already know it needs it.
