I've been taught two different ways . . .one where my legs are flat, and the other where they are bent . . . can someone post a video of the "proper"or preferred technique? I do it both ways since I'm not sure which one is the "right" way . . . I read the pin about how to do different exercises, but this is one that I'm still confused by.

If your feet are on a bench they should probably be slightly bent but locked so you can put weight on your legs and not break your knees.

If your feet are just on the floor, I think that feet straight out is better.

THANK YOU! So both ways work, just for different purposes--one w/weights, the other just on the floor. Got it. Thanks!
