View Full Version : Having a bad day...or two

I've read the threads before from people who "binged" and never honestly related. Well, I think I've officially joined the club. I've been having a rough couple of days which resulted in choc chip pancakes (after my supper) last night, (oh yeah, and a choc bar), a choc extreme blizzard on the way home from work today, hotdogs and fries for supper and beer. Oh well....I'm not really going to stress too much - stress obviously led me down this path this week. Just got to shake it off and start fresh tomorrow. Perhaps it will motivate me to be extra "good" next week. Thanks for listening.

Super Heavy Weight...it's for powerlifters who don't make the 308 mark.

Hmmm...don't think I'd make the cut. 5ft 1" 112 lbs....that would be quite a feat! But thanks for thinking of me! I did have some random guy come up to me in the gym today and tell me he was impressed, that I was by far the most consistent person he's noticed in the gym. That was the hightlight of my day (other than the blizzard and beer).

Honestly, that isn't too bad at all! That's only a couple meals, it isn't like you fell off the wagon and ate junk all week/month.

I had a buffalo chicken wrap, cajun fries, and 3 Smirnoff Ice last night. My tummy isn't happy about the greasy food, but I am not too stressed about the cals.

Meh, only 200 pounds to go. You could do it.

Ask Erik to design you a nutrition program to get you to 308!

That's so funny...thanks for the laugh (needed it) I know you don't know what I look like, but at my height, over 300 lbs is hilarious!! Scary, but hilarious!

Thanks. Isn't it awful how sometimes just kicking everything to the curb and letting loose just makes you feel better??! Calories, shmalories - fuck it! Can I curse here? I guess I'll find out....

From a previous thread............

What I ate....yesterday
1)'clean' meal- appx 250 cal
2) pro bar
3) Lebanese lunch : chicken kabob, hummus (lots) , pita bread, 3 meat pies, 2 kibbbe, 2 falafel, 5 stuffed grape leaves
4) dessert- 7 cookies (big) from Fuddruckers and 2 glazed donuts
5) 1 1/2 slices pizza (big slices...NY style)
6) popcorn
7) cheetos
8) homemade choco peanut butter bar

The sad part?
After about 3 cookies, I was stuffed, but still ate the rest of the list later on...

For now - drinking more beer!

Ok, here is a thought. It looks like you had a chocolate craving.

Are you allowing yourself a free meal once or 2x a week? If not I would seriously think about it. Then you could get a fix on your cravings without going "off plan"

I usually allow myself a "bite" of choc every day (50cals)....I think I was just having an unusually bad few days...work has been stressful and home somewhat too....should be better tomorrow. Thanks for the concern though.
