using my EC stack and I am telling you..it felt GREAT. I felt as if I could have gone all day long. I had so much energy and didn't feel nearly as wiped out when I finished. The best part of all was this is the first time I have used a stack in a couple of years and I did not feel jittery at all.
BTW, for anyone that is interested and does not want to use an EC stack..the new hydroxycut hardcore is okay but EXPENSIVE and I don't think it compares to this...

I tried a mini five minutes of HIIT on the treadmill after my workout this morning and it was ugly . .. I couldn't get the darn speeds up and down fast enough, and I was afraid of jumping off the treadmill and scaring people around me. I have to do HIIT "outside" the gym, on a track or sidewalk or something . . . What is an EC stack by the way?

Ephedrine and caffeine.
I guess I'm wary of that some . . . When I was a "serious" runner, my coach threatened to kick me off the team if I didn't stop taking caffeine. He said I could even be disqualified from the meets (I was addicted to caffeine pills though & would always pop one right before a race) . . .

I think in my case he was just looking out for me. I think I may have screwed up my liver from all that stuff though, not sure. I never did drugs (ever) except for caffeine pills . . .and I would pop them ALL the time, on top of drinking lattes . . . and then by the end of the week I would crash and sleep all day, and then wake up in the middle of the night with a very racing heart . . . but it was an addiction, a lame one, but still there . . . so maybe caffeine in moderation isn't bad, but in excess I don't think it's very healthy . . . and I just know for me that there was a point in my life when my athletic performance depended on them.
Is anything in excess healthy? That seems like common sense.

You think you messed up your liver with caffeine?
And here I was thinking that 30mg/day of dbol, heavy drinking, and all the other shit I've run was bad for me.
