Would it be better to train legs or do HIIT? I am asking b/c I am supposed to do some leg training tonight, and I want to be able to do HIIT tomorrow, but I've had major DOMS in my legs all week (even SS cardio has been hard!), so I have been putting off my HIIT, and if I train legs tonight I know I'll be to sore tomorrow to do HIIT.

So...what's better to do....legs tonight or HIIT tomorrow?

Depends on your goals. HIIT is very strenuous, but it's activating different muscle fiber types, they have a better chance of enduring........ whereas a heavy weight leg day will not tolerate it as well.

LMAO, I was so gosh darn tired last night, couldn't even comprehend half of my posts. Stayed up til 5:30am with my oldest daughter just playing on the puter, chatting, being silly jackasses. Oh yeah, did I mention there was beer involved? :uuhh: BF went to a lobster fest last night (it's a huge annual guy thing that they go to every year). Before he left he gave me $20 and said go get some beer. LOL. Gotta luv him. One day I'll behave..................I'm trying. :oops: :love: Definitely getting better at abstaining.
